I am a dynamic professional with a PhD in Administrative Law from the University of Lille. My thesis, “Territorial Decentralization in Romania since 1859,” published by l’Harmattan in 2021, reflects my passion for local public administration.
Proudly from the Romanian countryside, I hold a degree and a master’s in Orthodox Theology. I’ve built a diverse career practicing law in Belgium and France and currently lecture on European law, regional policies, and fundamental rights at the University of Lille. I also serve as a lawyer at the Lille Bar and Brussels Bar, where I have started a collaboration with the law firm Pro-Lex, located on Avenue Louise in Brussels. Past roles include Departmental Councillor in Gorj, Scientific Researcher at “Carol I” Central University Library, and trainee at the European Commission’s DG-Regio.
